There's always a lot of discussion when it comes to the future
and plan for the NWCA National Duals. On Episode 145 of the Short
Time Wrestling Podcast, NWCA Executive Director Mike Moyer answers
questions related to this year's Finals Weekend at Carver-Hawkeye
Arena in Iowa City and the future of the event.
The first-round bouts held on Feb. 14-15 determined the eight teams
that qualified for Finals Weekend. Moyer talks about why it was a
"regional" site and how travel worked out for some teams and how
the National Duals has been tweaking its concept in the past few
years.
