Episode 286 of the Short Time Wrestling Podcast features the
first woman in American history to win an Olympic gold medal in
wrestling -- Helen Maroulis.
Even after winning gold in Rio over Japan juggernaut Saori Yoshida,
Maroulis was back on the mat working with her coaches in
California. Maroulis takes us through the busy media tours she's
been on since making history in Rio in August. She'll talk about
Cal Ripken Jr., The History Channel and even give her opinion on
the singlet debate. Yup. We haven't gotten a woman's point of view
on that one yet, have we?
Maroulis is always a fun interview and a true American hero.
And if you haven't already, leave a
rating and a review on iTunes.
