Jim Harshaw has been around the sport in a number of positions.
As an athlete, he was All-American at the University of Virginia.
He's been an assistant coach at his alma mater, a Division I head
wrestling coach at Slippery Rock and now he's working back at his
alma mater in Athletics, primarily dealing in fundraising.
Harshaw is also an entrepreneur, building several different
businesses striving to help people push their program, products and
personalities. The founder of Riot Sports Marketing, Harshaw really
ushered in the use of social media in wrestling and is now doing
public speaking engagements and hosting his own podcast, where he
chronicles the successes people earn after their moments of
failure.
You can check Jim's website out at JimHarshawJr.com and his podcast,
Success Through Failure, on the site and on iTunes.
