Iowa (18-1 overall) hosts Edinboro (9-4) on Saturday, Feb. 16, but this news conference will focus primarily on the International Olympic Committee’s surprise decision Tuesday to drop wrestling from the Olympic program, beginning with the 2020 Games. The IOC executive board decided to retain modern pentathlon — the event considered most at risk — and remove wrestling instead from its list of 25 “core sports.”
