Chattanooga head wrestling coach Heath Eslinger always has some interesting takes when it comes to the state of college wrestling. He's also got a penchant for putting himself through misery.

Don't believe me? On Episode 209 of the Short Time Wrestling Podcast, I'll talk with coach Eslinger about his recent completion of the Chattanooga Ironman Triathlon and what on earth possessed him to even attempt such a feat. He'll also tell you what's tougher, a triathlon or wrestling. You might (or might not) be surprised about his answer.

Eslinger also has an interesting position when it comes to redshirting in college wrestling. Hear what he's got to say and give it some thought.
