On Episode 338 of the Short Time Wrestling Podcast, we visit with Gabe Habash, author of the recently released novel Stephen Florida.
The novel follows the main character, Stephen Florida, through his last year of college wrestling at a small college in North Dakota. We see who he is internally ad externally and what has made him who he is.
Habash's story is a solid read, but what is even more compelling outside of the story itself is Habash had no wrestling experience to draw from. He'll explain why he chose wrestling and how he got things like terminology with tremendous accuracy.
If you haven't read the book, warning, there's some spoilers here, but you can order it here.
